Pack Design
We design the crate or pack configuration based on machine dimensions, weight, and the transport method (local truck, long-haul, container, or air freight).
Surface Protection

What is the difference between stretch wrap and proper crating for machinery? +
Stretch wrap is adequate for short-distance moves on smooth roads within a city or industrial area. It protects against surface scratches and minor contact damage. Proper wooden crating is required for long-haul transport, export containers, or any shipment where the machine may be handled by a freight forwarder without your supervision. The crate absorbs the mechanical shocks of loading and unloading at intermediate handling points—stretch wrap does not.
Can you pack control panels and electrical enclosures? +
Yes. Electronic control panels and VFD enclosures are packed with anti-static foam and bubble wrap, then placed in sealed cardboard or timber boxes. All connectors and cable entries are blanked before packing to prevent contamination. We photograph the panel wiring before disconnection if we are also handling the disconnection.
