Pre-Move Inventory
We walk through the office with your facility manager, photograph the current layout, and create an inventory of all items to be moved, noting fragile or sensitive items.
IT Coordination

Packing
All items are packed systematically by area or team zone, with box labels corresponding to the new floor plan.

How do you handle server rack relocation? +
Before dismantling, we photograph every rack from front and rear, document each rack unit position, and label every cable with numbered tags that match a spreadsheet. After transport (in upright position in a padded vehicle), we reinstall each component in the same position in the new rack. This approach means your IT team can reconnect cables without having to trace them from scratch. For critical infrastructure, we strongly recommend co-ordinating with your IT team to be present during reconnection.
Can you move offices over a weekend to avoid business disruption? +
Yes. Weekend office moves are our standard approach for businesses that cannot afford weekday downtime. We schedule the move to start Friday evening after business hours, with a target for the new office to be ready by Sunday evening. For larger offices, we may need both Saturday and Sunday. We confirm the timeline during the site survey based on the volume of furniture, equipment, and the distance between offices.
